This position is fully remote, allowing for a balanced work-life integration while delivering therapy services in a virtual setting. • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess mental health diagnoses and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s individual needs.
• Maintain a manageable caseload of 25 to 30 client sessions per week while ensuring high-quality care and documentation according to clinic protocols.
• Utilize creativity in therapeutic interventions to help clients achieve and exceed their emotional and psychological goals.
• Create and maintain accurate records for each session, including treatment plans, diagnosis updates, and detailed case notes.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination of services with case managers, healthcare professionals, and educational staff to provide holistic support for clients.
• Provide excellent customer service, promoting a supportive and collaborative atmosphere within the clinic as we work to address the mental health needs of our community.

The LMFT will work with a wide variety of patients, including children, adolescents, couples, and families. This role is crucial in addressing complex mental health issues, providing therapy for relationship challenges, individual emotional troubles, and familial dynamics. • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
• Strong knowledge of family therapy modalities and an understanding of community resources available for clients.
• Experience in mental health documentation, including developing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
• Proficiency in addressing the needs of children, adolescents, couples, and families.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to demonstrate appropriate boundaries and maintain a professional therapeutic relationship.
• Willingness and capacity to work with a diverse client base, respecting individual differences and backgrounds.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

• Previous therapeutic experience in a community health setting or telehealth practice.
• A strong foundation in conducting family therapy sessions and coordinating care with multidisciplinary teams.
• Exposure to fee collection processes in a clinical setting.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
