Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and status, utilizing validated assessment tools.

  • Provide individual therapy sessions to adult clients through virtual platforms, employing solution-focused therapies, cognitive-behavioral methods, and other evidence-based approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work predominantly with diverse adult clients facing a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. Qualifications
  • A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • A masterโ€™s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to build rapport with clients and work collaboratively with colleagues.
  • A compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental demeanor that fosters trust and openness in the therapeutic relationship.

  • No history of disciplinary actions against your professional license.
