Solace Sanctuary Counseling is seeking a fully licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our dedicated team. This is a full-time remote position allowing for a flexible work-life balance, primarily serving the Eugene, Oregon area. The salary range for this role is between USD 70,000 and 80,000 annually, based on experience and credentials. • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine individual client needs, ensuring that treatment plans are tailored appropriately.
• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches to deliver effective therapy to individuals, groups, and families, addressing issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship difficulties.
• Collaborate regularly with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and coordinated care, optimizing patient outcomes.
• Be prepared to provide crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies, ensuring their immediate safety and well-being.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives, delivering educational workshops and information sessions to promote mental health awareness and reducing stigma.

You will work with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. The clients often face multiple challenges, including mental health disorders, trauma histories, and situational stressors. You will tailor your therapeutic interventions to meet their unique needs and empower them on their healing journey.

• A valid and current license in your field: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build rapport with clients and effectively collaborate with colleagues.
• Cultural competence is essential, with the ability to work effectively with the diverse populations we serve.
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation.

• Previous experience working in community mental health settings, with a demonstrated ability to deliver crisis intervention.
• Familiarity with telehealth modalities and technology, enhancing service delivery for remote clients.
• Experience in leading group therapy sessions and workshops is a plus.
