Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' social, emotional, and behavioral needs using standardized tools and observations to inform treatment planning.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, tailoring your approach to meet the specific needs of each student and family.
  • Engage in regular monitoring and adjustment of treatment plans to ensure effective outcomes, providing timely feedback and communication to clients and families.
  • Coordinate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to advocate for and create support systems that facilitate academic and personal success.
  • Provide crisis intervention services, ensuring immediate support is available to students facing acute emotional challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This position primarily focuses on students from diverse backgrounds who may face various challenges, including trauma, mental health issues, behavioral problems, and socio-economic barriers. As an LCSW, you will play a critical role in helping students navigate these challenges, ensuring they have access to the appropriate resources and support systems.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program is required.
  • Must hold an active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Oregon.
