Epic Cadence Certified and Provider Scheduling Template build experience required; healthcare experience strongly preferred.
Job Summary
Serve as a senior-level analyst responsible for designing, building, and optimizing provider scheduling solutions within Epic. This role is highly hands-on, requiring deep expertise in Cadence, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate operational needs into effective system configurations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and optimize provider scheduling templates using Epic Cadence best practices
  • Analyze data and workflows to identify and implement scheduling and capacity improvements
  • Lead system enhancements end-to-end, including requirements, build, testing, and deployment
  • Partner with clinical and operational stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions
  • Develop and execute test scripts to ensure accuracy and system integrity
  • Troubleshoot complex system issues and coordinate resolution with IT and vendors
  • Provide training and ongoing support to end users and super-users
  • Mentor junior team members and promote standardization and best practices

Other Information
Education Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information System Management, Math/Science or related field.
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
  • Epic Cadence certification (required)
  • Additional Epic certifications a plus

Professional Experience Requirements:
• Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience working with information systems.
Ten (10) years preferred experience
