In this remote role, you will work within a supportive and inclusive virtual environment that emphasizes collaboration among a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals. • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to identify their mental health needs accurately, developing tailored treatment plans that reflect individual circumstances and goals.
• Provide evidence-based therapy services to individuals, groups, and families, employing therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, to effectively address various mental health concerns.
• Work closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive, holistic care for clients, ensuring that all aspects of mental and physical health are addressed.
• Offer crisis intervention support for clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies, allowing for immediate and compassionate responses to critical situations.
• Engage in community outreach initiatives aimed at promoting mental health education and resources, reducing stigma, and improving overall community wellness.

You will be working with a broad spectrum of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. This role requires an understanding of cultural competence and sensitivity to effectively engage with clients from varied demographics. The therapist's empathetic approach will foster trust and rapport, allowing clients to feel safe and supported in their mental health journeys.

• Possession of an active and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s degree or doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building strong therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Demonstrated cultural competence to effectively engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in time management to ensure accurate documentation and reporting of client progress.

While all candidates will be considered, preference will be given to those with previous experience in community mental health settings or similar fields. Advanced training in specific therapeutic modalities and crisis intervention strategies will also be an asset.
