• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and mental health concerns, using evidence-based practices to inform treatment plans.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions tailored to each client’s unique circumstances, utilizing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Set and review therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients, providing ongoing support and adjusting treatment plans based on client progress and feedback.
• Provide teletherapy sessions for clients utilizing digital platforms, ensuring accessibility and convenience for those who may be homebound or prefer virtual engagement.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, contributing to our organizational integrity and professional accountability.
• Participate in continuous professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to enhance clinical skills and knowledge of emerging trends in mental health.

Our clients include a diverse range of individuals dealing with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. • Must hold a current and valid state license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or have a Doctoral degree in Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential, fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.
• Exhibit compassion, empathy, and an open-minded approach toward the diverse experiences of clients.
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and maintain an organized caseload that aligns with administrative duties.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical mental health setting is preferred, with experience in teletherapy being highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic models and interventions is preferred, along with a commitment to lifelong learning in mental health practices.

• Competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload management.
