Job Title: field Recruiter, Rochester

Reports to: Recruitment Manager

Supervises: N/A

Salary: Up to $31.25/hour

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Recruiter is responsible for supporting the full-cycle recruitment process while serving as a visible representative of Always Compassionate Health throughout the community. This position requires a strong focus on continuous community outreach, candidate engagement, relationship building, and creative talent sourcing to strengthen recruitment pipelines and increase awareness of Always Compassionate Health's employment opportunities.

The Recruiter will regularly engage with local businesses, schools, community organizations, workforce programs, job fairs, and other community partners to develop new recruitment opportunities and maintain a strong presence within the communities we serve. The position also requires the ability and willingness to drive company vans to support recruitment activities, orientations, community outreach, events, and other business-related needs. This is an active, relationship-driven role that requires flexibility, initiative, and the ability to work both in an office setting and in the field.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Completes the initial screening of candidates, conducts reference and criminal background checks, assessment testing, orientation, and other aspects of the onboarding process.
  • Develops and executes creative sourcing strategies to identify top talent.
  • Requests and reviews recruitment documents to ensure compliance and accuracy based on regulatory practices.
  • Conduct consistent and ongoing community outreach to build relationships with local businesses, schools, community organizations, workforce programs, and other community partners to generate candidate leads and enhance candidate flow.
  • Represents Always Compassionate Health at community events, job fairs, recruitment events, school events, and other outreach opportunities to promote the organization, its career opportunities, and services throughout neighboring communities.
  • Develops and maintains meaningful relationships with local businesses, schools, community organizations, and candidates to strengthen Always Compassionate Health's presence and employer brand within the community.
  • Drives company vans to support recruitment, community outreach, orientation, job fairs, events, and other business-related activities as needed.
  • Maintains a consistent field presence within the community and proactively identifies new opportunities to expand recruitment pipelines and community partnerships.
  • Acts as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships throughout the recruitment cycle and at specific periods after hire.
  • Works closely with the Recruitment Team to drive success in the full-cycle recruitment of all new hires and foster a team-based approach to improve recruitment efforts and processes.
  • Provides support in other offices, during orientations, community outreach activities, recruitment events, or other business-related events, including occasional activities outside of regular work hours.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Recruiter; healthcare recruitment experience preferred.
  • Clear understanding of healthcare workers and healthcare recruitment preferred.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to administer business processes and requests consistently with general supervision.
  • Ability to represent the organization professionally in both office and community settings.
