Responsibilities

Daily Responsibilities

  • Address high-volume inbound inquiries via ACD call systems regarding complex insurance questions, benefits, and over-65 products (such as Medicare) with clarity and empathy.
  • Navigate multiple platforms simultaneously—including tools like Salesforce, Genesis, and Facets—to review, document, and manage detailed customer interactions and corrective measures.
  • Perform phone and email outreach to internal business partners and vendors to resolve complex service, claims, and membership issues in a timely manner.

What You'll Bring to The Table

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 1–3 years of related customer service experience.
  • Proven experience working in an Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) environment.
  • Preferred: Prior experience in healthcare insurance, enrollment processes, pharmacy, or Medicare lines of business.
