Customer Service Representative (Remote)

Location: Remote (Must reside within the Eastern Time Zone)

Preferred Availability: Monday -Friday 8/hr shift between 8am- 8pm EST( weekends may be required )

In this fully remote role, you will serve as a trusted resource for customers, assisting with service inquiries, billing questions, account updates, and issue resolution while delivering a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities
