Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct online counseling sessions tailored to each client’s unique needs and circumstances, building a strong therapeutic alliance.

Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.
  • Valid California licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is essential; candidates who are nearing licensure may be considered.
  • Strong background in delivering therapeutic services, with at least 2 years of relevant counseling experience.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills that enable you to connect with clients from a variety of backgrounds, demonstrating empathy and cultural competency.
