• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments with new clients virtually, utilizing specialized software designed for teletherapy that ensures secure and effective evaluation.
• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions through secure video consultations, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to individual client needs.
• Engage in regular collaborative meetings with fellow practitioners, discussing patient progress and strategizing on care plans to enhance therapeutic outcomes.
• Participate actively in ongoing education sessions that focus on the latest best practices in digital counseling and adapt them to your teletherapy approach.
• Contribute constructively to program development and quality assurance initiatives to ensure adherence to mental health regulations while improving client care.

You will work with a diverse range of clients, from individuals experiencing anxiety and depression to those navigating more complex emotional difficulties and life transitions. Your ability to establish rapport and deliver personalized care will be crucial in helping clients achieve their therapeutic goals and enhance their overall well-being. Your efforts will directly contribute to their journey toward recovery and improved mental health.

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.
• An active California state license or certification (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) allowing you to provide psychotherapeutic treatment to clients.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong aptitude for virtual platforms such as Zoom or Skype that enhances interaction with clients.

• While a minimum of two years of direct experience working with clients with emotional and mental health challenges is preferred, we value candidates from diverse backgrounds and experiences who are passionate about mental health.
• Experience in teletherapy or remote counseling is highly regarded and will give you an edge in delivering effective virtual care.
