Job description

The Company:

VeSync is a portfolio company with brands that cover different categories of health & wellness products. We wouldn't be surprised if you have one of our Levoit air purifiers in your living room or a COSORI air fryer whipping up healthy and delicious meals for you every night.

We're a young and energetic company, we've had tremendous success, and we are constantly growing our team. As we garner more industry attention - just check out our accomplishments and awards by CES Innovation, iF Design, IGA, and Red Dot - we also need driven and talented people to join our team.

That brings us to you, and what you'll be joining. Our teams are smart and diligent and take ownership of their work - they're confident in their work but know how to collaborate with open ears and a spirit of learning. If you're down-to-earth, approachable, and easy to strike up a conversation with, this may be a great fit for you.

The Opportunity:

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to craft intuitive, scalable, and human-centered experiences across mobile, web, and wearable platforms. In this role, you'll own the end-to-end design process-from research and concept development through launch-translating insights into elegant, accessible interfaces that bring our product vision to life.

You'll establish and evolve design systems that enable consistency and efficiency, partner closely with cross-functional teams to align usability with business goals, and champion design excellence across the organization. This role is ideal for a seasoned designer who thrives in collaboration, obsesses over detail and craft, and is passionate about creating technology that empowers healthier, more meaningful experiences.

Applicants must include a portfolio of their work when applying.

What you will do at VeSync:

1. End-to-End Product Design
Drive the design of user flows, interfaces, and interactions across app, wearable, and web platforms.
Own the user experience design from discovery through launch.
Translate user insights, research findings, and product strategy into intuitive, engaging, and scalable interfaces.
Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and Researchers to ensure design decisions balance value, usability, feasibility, and viability.
Deliver design assets that reflect clarity, accessibility, and brand consistency.
Rapidly prototype and iterate concepts using real user feedback and data.

2. Design Systems & Scalable Practices
Establish scalable patterns, components, and reusable assets to accelerate design execution.
Improve design tooling, documentation, and workflows to support team efficiency.
Define and document design principles that reflect the brand, mission, and product values.
Ensure design decisions support product scalability, consistency, and long-term maintenance.

3. Collaboration & Influence
Partner with User Research to integrate consumer insights throughout the product lifecycle.
Collaborate with Wellness Researchers to translate scientific insights into human centered interactions.
Present work to stakeholders with clarity, empathy, and data-informed rationale, connecting design decisions to user and business outcomes.
Advocate for user needs, accessibility, and design excellence across product, engineering, and business teams.
Collaborate with marketing, content, and brand teams to ensure a unified product narrative.
Mentor and support junior designers, elevate team craft, and foster a culture of design critique, storytelling, and collaboration.
What you bring to the role:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 6-10+ years of experience in UX or product design, ideally in health, wellness, fitness, or consumer tech.
  • Must be bilingual in Mandarin.
  • Proven experience designing end-to-end digital experiences from research synthesis through pixel-perfect execution.
  • Ability to design for multiple platforms (mobile, web, wearable).
  • Expertise in information architecture, interaction design, visual design, and systems thinking.
  • Proficiency with Figma and prototyping tools.
  • Strong understanding of design systems, design tokens, and component-driven design.
  • Excellent visual design skills, with attention to detail, accessibility, and inclusivity.
  • Experience collaborating with product, research, and engineering teams.
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with behavioral design, habit loops, or motivational UX principles.
  • Experience with rapid prototyping, beta testing, and iterative design.
  • Knowledge of internationalized or multilingual design considerations.
  • Passion for health, wellness, and human-centered technology.
