Logan Mental Health Clinic is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Remote Mental Health Counselor to join our team. • Conduct virtual therapy sessions primarily via secure telehealth platforms, ensuring client confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Perform initial intake evaluations to assess client needs, establishing effective therapeutic relationships from the outset.
• Develop personalized treatment plans through collaborative discussions, integrating feedback from clients to optimize therapeutic goals.
• Facilitate mental health support through crisis intervention when appropriate, ensuring clients receive immediate assistance during challenging times.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and treatment progress, complying with Washington State and federal documentation standards.
• Engage in regular supervision and team meetings to discuss cases, share insights, and foster professional growth.

The Licensed Remote Mental Health Counselor will cater to a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families struggling with various mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Our clinic values a trauma-informed approach, ensuring that our staff is equipped to understand and respond to clients' unique experiences with empathy and professionalism.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling is required.
• An active Washington State license (LICSW, LMFT, LMHC) is mandatory for this role.
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective therapy plans and treatment strategies tailored to client needs.
• Experience with telehealth technology and a commitment to delivering high-quality mental health services remotely.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical mental health counseling role is preferred.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), is a plus.
• Experience working with diverse populations and addressing a variety of mental health challenges.

The Licensed Remote Mental Health Counselor will receive a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 110,000, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package. This includes:
