Solaris Counseling Services is looking for a dedicated and unbiased Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team in a full-time capacity. Work Environment

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed intake assessments to evaluate clients' treatment needs and establish appropriate therapeutic goals.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy strategies, applying a wide array of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
  • Provide group, family, and individual therapy in various formats tailored to the unique dynamics of each client.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to share insights and strategies, ensuring every client receives holistic care.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and patient safety.
  • Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, training, and staying updated on the latest mental health research and therapy methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload capacity.
