• Conduct comprehensive client assessments, developing personalized therapy strategies that cater to individual client needs.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, groups, couples, and families, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals, to ensure the delivery of holistic client care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and attend workshops to remain abreast of advances in mental health research and innovative therapeutic practices.

Our clients include diverse demographics, with particular attention given to those facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and relationship issues. • Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Virginia.
• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards governing clinical practice.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with diverse clientele.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
• Competency in the use of Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software and telehealth technology.

• Specialization or additional training in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use treatment is highly desired.
