Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments of clients to identify their mental health needs and create personalized care plans.
• Implement evidence-based treatment strategies tailored to individual goals, adjusting methodologies as necessary based on client progress.
• Provide individual and group counseling sessions, facilitating discussions that foster healing and growth.
• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive and holistic care.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with ethical guidelines and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Recovery Services Center, you will work with a broad spectrum of clients, including individuals facing acute stress, trauma recovery, substance use disorders, and chronic mental health conditions. Qualifications

• A valid Rhode Island license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).
• A Bachelor's degree in clinical mental health counseling or a related discipline from an accredited institution.

• Proven ability to utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to document care and communicate with team members.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with addiction, trauma, mood disorders, and anxiety disorders in a clinical setting.
• A demonstrated history of facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 per year, along with a sign-on bonus to welcome our new team members. Benefits include:
