• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments utilizing evidence-based practices to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.
• Implement therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support clients in overcoming their mental health challenges.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical documentation in adherence to HIPAA and organizational standards, reflecting your commitment to ethical practice.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate holistic treatment approaches, ensuring that every aspect of a client’s mental health is addressed.
• Participate in regular case consultation sessions and professional development meetings, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and quality improvement.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions and available resources, enabling them to make informed decisions about their treatment journeys.
• Stay current with the latest research and advancements in the mental health sector, integrating new knowledge to enhance the effectiveness of your practices.

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, each facing unique challenges related to their mental health. Our patient population includes individuals dealing with conditions such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and various life transitions. Understanding the complexities of these issues is crucial for developing tailored intervention strategies that foster resilience and recovery.

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• A valid and active license to practice in Washington as an LMFT, LMHC, LCSW-R, LCSW, Licensed Psychoanalyst, or Psychologist.
• Proven ability to apply solution-focused psychotherapy techniques tailored to individual needs, enhancing treatment effectiveness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Strong critical thinking abilities that enable effective navigation through complex therapeutic scenarios.
• A collaborative spirit, valuing team dynamics and contributions while promoting a culture of support and growth.

• Experience in telehealth practices, adapting therapeutic interactions for a virtual environment.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and documentation standards in a remote healthcare setting.
• Prior knowledge of psychopharmacology to coordinate care with psychiatrists effectively.
• Specialization in trauma-informed care or established experience in working with marginalized populations.
