This role operates within a fully remote setting, enabling you to provide essential mental health services from the comfort of your home. While most of your work will be conducted independently, you will have regular opportunities to collaborate with other mental health professionals in our multidisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to develop personalized treatment plans through a solution-focused lens, ensuring that interventions are tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Implementing various therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), helping clients navigate their journeys towards improved emotional and psychological wellness.
• Maintaining detailed and confidential clinical records, complying with HIPAA regulations, to uphold our standards of professionalism and integrity.
• Participating in regular consultation meetings with the multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and fellow therapists, to foster a cohesive and therapeutic approach to patient care.
• Educating clients and their families on mental health conditions and treatment options, empowering them to make informed decisions about their health.
• Staying current with the latest clinical research and advancements in mental health therapy to enhance the effectiveness of the services provided.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Health Benefits Behavioral Center, you will primarily work with adult clients facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional difficulties. We are dedicated to providing culturally competent care that addresses the unique backgrounds and experiences of each individual, ensuring they feel understood, supported, and empowered on their path to recovery.

Qualifications

To qualify for this position, you must have:

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active state license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker - R Privilege (LCSW-R), Licensed Psychoanalyst, or Psychologist.
• Strong proficiency in implementing solution-focused psychotherapy interventions that are adaptable to the diverse needs of clients.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish trust and rapport with clients effectively.
• Analytical and critical thinking abilities to navigate complex client situations and develop appropriate therapeutic responses.
• A collaborative mindset that values the contributions of the team and promotes a positive working atmosphere.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, the following experiences would enhance your application:

• Experience in a clinical setting providing therapy to diverse populations.
• Familiarity with teleCounseling platforms and tools that facilitate remote patient interaction.
• Prior involvement in community outreach or mental health advocacy initiatives.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
