Work Environment

This is a full-time remote position, enabling you to manage your work hours while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team, working alongside psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, ensuring a holistic approach to care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed clinical assessments using evidence-based practices to develop tailored treatment plans for individuals with diverse mental health conditions.
  • Implement various therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), facilitating client engagement and progress.
  • Maintain comprehensive and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring high standards of professional practice.
  • Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary treatment team to provide integrated care, sharing insights and coordinating treatment efforts.
  • Participate in case consultations and peer reviews to strengthen clinical practices and enhance the quality of client care.
  • Educate clients and their families about mental health, treatment options, and available community resources to empower informed decision-making and resilience.
  • Stay informed about the latest developments and research in the mental health field to continually improve the effectiveness of your practice.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse clientele facing a range of mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and more. Your role will be vital in guiding these individuals toward improved mental health and well-being by providing personalized, empathetic support and evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • An active state license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Educational Psychologist.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply solution-focused psychotherapy techniques effectively in developing individualized treatment plans.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling strong therapeutic relationships with clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to navigate complex client scenarios and facilitate positive outcomes.
  • Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment, valuing collaboration and mutual support.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with a variety of therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices applied in outpatient settings.
  • Previous work with specific populations, such as youth, families, or individuals with severe mental health disorders.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems, enhancing documentation efficiency and communication workflows.
