This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing our counselors to engage with clients through secure video conferencing platforms. Even though this role is remote, you will belong to a collaborative team that values regular communication and support from fellow professionals.

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients using secure and HIPAA-compliant video conferencing technology, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.
• Assess clients’ mental health needs through comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans based on their unique circumstances.
• Provide ongoing individual counseling and facilitate group therapy sessions, targeting specific needs such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and any significant interactions, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, sharing insights and strategies to enhance the overall care provided to clients.
• Stay abreast of current trends and best practices in mental health counseling through continuing education and training opportunities.

In this role, you will work with a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing various mental health challenges. Our clients may deal with stress, trauma, familial issues, substance abuse, and more. Your ability to empathize and connect with individuals from different backgrounds will be crucial for building therapeutic alliances and fostering their recovery journey.

• A Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• Current licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Washington.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating strong clinical skills and a commitment to client care.
• Experience in facilitating virtual therapy sessions and proficiency in using technology for client engagement and record-keeping.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize effectively.
• Capability to work independently while contributing positively to the team dynamic.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Mindfulness techniques.
• Previous experience working in an outpatient setting or within a remote clinical environment.

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 95,000, commensurate with experience.
