The work setting for this position is primarily remote, allowing for a balance between professional obligations and personal life. All clinical services are provided through a user-friendly telehealth platform, which facilitates seamless interactions with clients. The standard work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to meet patient demands. • Conduct thorough and comprehensive mental health assessments to identify patients' needs, strengths, and treatment goals.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and others tailored to individual patient needs.
• Provide therapeutic interventions and support to individuals, couples, and families through one-on-one counseling sessions.
• Facilitate support groups and psychoeducational workshops aimed at fostering community and shared understanding among patients facing similar challenges.
• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare team members to ensure a holistic approach to patient care, including medication management when appropriate.
• Respond to mental health crises promptly, providing immediate support to patients experiencing acute distress.
• Educate clients about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources to empower them in their recovery journeys.
• Maintain precise and confidential documentation of patient interactions in compliance with legal, ethical, and clinical standards.
• Engage regularly in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
• Stay informed about the latest mental health research and advancements in therapeutic practices.

The ideal candidate will serve a diverse clientele, addressing a spectrum of mental health issues ranging from common concerns like stress and anxiety to more complex conditions such as mood disorders and substance use disorders. Our patient demographic reflects a variety of backgrounds and experiences, providing counselors with the opportunity to tailor their therapeutic approaches to meet the distinct needs of each individual.

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Licensure as a Mental Health Professional (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW) is required.
• A solid understanding of mental health conditions and evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.

We prefer candidates with at least two years of relevant experience in a clinical mental health setting, particularly those with a background in outpatient services. Experience working with diverse populations or specific therapeutic modalities, such as trauma-informed care, will be advantageous.
