This position is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility while delivering care via telehealth. • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and emotional well-being, identifying areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that are goal-oriented and adaptable to their evolving needs.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions in individual, family, and group settings to address diverse mental health issues.
• Regularly monitor clients' progress through scheduled sessions and evaluations, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support when clients encounter acute psychological distress.
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and compliant client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring a high level of professionalism.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide seamless and comprehensive care to clients.
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health practices and research to enhance therapeutic techniques.
• Engage in ongoing supervision and participate in continuous professional development initiatives to sharpen clinical skills.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines as set forth by licensing boards and organizations, promoting integrity in all therapeutic interactions.

Your primary focus will be on working with clients who face challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions. The therapist will cultivate therapeutic relationships built on trust and empathy, helping clients set and achieve their mental health goals. By providing a safe space for exploration and healing, you will significantly contribute to each client’s journey towards recovery.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW).
• Demonstrated clinical assessment and diagnostic capabilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate therapeutic dialogue.
• An empathetic approach that prioritizes client welfare and holistic care.
• A collaborative mindset, with the capacity to work independently as well as part of a larger team.
• Solid understanding of ethical guidelines and laws governing mental health practices.
• A commitment to lifelong learning to stay current with the evolving field of mental health.

• A minimum of three years of relevant experience providing mental health counseling in clinical settings.
• Experience using telehealth platforms and remote therapy methods is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust salary, employees are entitled to a comprehensive benefits package including:
