This position is tailored for a remote work setting, enabling you to provide care in a climate-controlled, comfortable environment. As a member of our health clinic, you will communicate regularly with other healthcare providers and department members, ensuring a cohesive approach to patient care. Your role entails maintaining a balance between working independently and collaborating effectively with a diverse group of professionals.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnoses when applicable, and evaluate patients' mental health status using industry-recognized tools, such as the DSM-5, to formulate individualized care plans.
• Continuously monitor patient progress and implement therapeutic interventions tailored to support their mental health diagnoses, adjusting strategies as needed based on clinical judgment.
• Maintain accurate and timely treatment records, documents, and reports utilizing current electronic health record systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory and departmental requirements.
• Collaborate with patients and their families to develop comprehensive treatment plans that encompass their unique needs, desired outcomes, and culturally relevant considerations.
• Coordinate referrals and act as a liaison between patients and other treatment providers, building productive relationships that enhance patient care.
• Provide educational mentoring and guidance to students, interns, and other healthcare professionals, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
• Engage in clinical review and collaboration, offering support to colleagues through peer feedback and professional development initiatives.

You will primarily focus on individuals and families impacted by cancer, providing critical support and therapeutic interventions. Understanding the emotional and psychological challenges associated with a cancer diagnosis, you will strive to enhance the resilience and coping strategies of your clients, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each person.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Nevada.

While not mandatory, previous experience working with oncology patients or in community health settings is strongly preferred. Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches and a demonstrated ability to engage with diverse patient populations will be advantageous.

The annual salary for this role ranges from $90,000 to $105,000, reflecting our commitment to offering competitive and above-market compensation packages.
