• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and dynamics.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans based on individual assessments, ensuring that each plan aligns with the client's goals and preferences.
• Provide evidence-based therapy sessions, inclusive of individual, group, and family therapy modalities, utilizing appropriate therapeutic techniques to enhance client engagement and understanding.

• A master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• An active license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 60,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, alongside a signing bonus to welcome you to our team.
