• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to understand patients' mental health needs and craft individualized treatment plans.
• Provide short-term individual counseling, focusing on crisis intervention strategies and coping mechanisms for various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders.
• Facilitate therapy groups and workshops to promote wellness and personal development, engaging patients in discussions about mental health awareness and skills building.
• Collaborate effectively with medical professionals and support staff within the community clinic to ensure a holistic approach to patient care and seamless treatment integration.
• Participate in outreach programs aimed at raising mental health awareness in the Stockton area, promoting proactive engagement in mental wellness.
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date patient records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards.

The Impregnable Will Counseling Center focuses on providing mental health services to a diverse range of patients, including individuals coping with chronic illness, those seeking support for life transitions, and patients with varying cultural backgrounds. Clinical staff members are encouraged to apply culturally sensitive approaches tailored to the specific needs of their patients, enabling them to build trusting therapeutic relationships.

• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.
• Demonstrated understanding of the mental health challenges faced by individuals within a hospital or community health setting.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with patients and healthcare teams.
• Proficient knowledge of evidence-based practices tailored to mental health interventions, particularly in a remote healthcare setting.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous experience working in a hospital, healthcare, or community mental health environment is highly desirable.
• A familiarity with teletherapy platforms and digital communication tools to foster effective virtual therapy sessions.
• Experience in facilitating group therapy sessions or workshops is a plus.

Our Licensed Mental Health Counselors can expect a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, with additional performance-based bonuses. Benefits include:
