• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of clients, focusing on evidence-based interventions.
• Prioritize creating a positive client experience during appointments, ensuring that individuals feel heard, respected, and supported.
• Collaborate with licensed staff members to discuss cases and participate in monthly consultation meetings to enhance clinical practice.
• Guide and mentor new staff members through their onboarding process, providing support as they integrate into the team.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, addressing challenges independently or in collaboration with colleagues when necessary.
• Work alongside other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for clients, ensuring seamless support across disciplines.
• Show a steadfast commitment to delivering high-quality clinical care that aligns with the mission of enhancing mental health outcomes.

Your focus will be on working with children and teenagers, providing necessary psychological support and counseling services. This demographic often faces a range of challenges, from academic pressures to family dynamics, and your role will be critical in offering them tools and strategies for better emotional and psychological health.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Must hold current licensure in the State of California as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in outpatient care settings is essential.
• Exceptional operational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong clinical boundaries and ethical standards.

• Experience in providing therapy to adolescents and their families, including familiarity with developmental and psychological issues affecting this age group.
• Proficiency in various therapeutic modalities and techniques, demonstrating adaptability to meet client needs.
• Prior involvement in team-based care or multidisciplinary collaboration.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, accompanied by a competitive benefits package that includes health insurance, vision insurance, paid holidays, and paid time off.
