Emory Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated Licensed Mental Health Therapist, holding any of the following licenses: LCPC, LMFT, or LCSW. This full-time position offers the unique opportunity to work in a remote outpatient environment, providing essential mental health services to a diverse clientele from the comfort of your home. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new patients and families to identify their unique needs and challenges.
  • Deliver individual and family therapy sessions tailored to the therapeutic goals established during assessments.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation, including billing, individual treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms, ensuring compliance with specified timeframes.
  • Develop comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans, and wellness plans to support clients' recovery and stability.
  • Create effective discharge plans for patients transitioning from care, ensuring they have the resources needed for continued success.
  • Adhere strictly to all federal and state regulations, including regulatory requirements and internal policies of Emory Heath & Rehabilitation Center.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development through training and continuing education to stay abreast of best practices in mental health.
  • Participate actively in case consultations and agency meetings to foster a collaborative team environment.
  • Complete all mandatory training and licensure requirements timely to maintain compliance.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • Masterโ€™s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field required for licensure.
