Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of each client’s mental health status to identify specific needs and establish detailed treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions via secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms to meet the diverse goals of clients, ensuring confidentiality and a professional environment.
• Engage with clients to collaboratively set and refine therapeutic goals, providing effective guidance and support throughout their mental health journeys.
• Diverse therapeutic techniques will be utilized, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and other modalities tailored to individual client preferences and clinical presentations.
• Accurately document session notes and client progress in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will revolve around a variety of populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Each client will come to you with unique histories and challenges, ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and relationship issues. By employing a client-centered approach, you will develop meaningful connections that foster trust and encourage open communication, essential for effective therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications

• A valid and current license as a provider of mental health services, including Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in fields such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication skills to articulate therapeutic concepts clearly while connecting empathetically with clients in a virtual setting.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, while also participating actively in a collaborative team-based approach.
• Sound organizational skills to manage a caseload efficiently, handle documentation, and adapt to varying client schedules.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in providing mental health services in a remote or telehealth capacity, familiar with virtual therapy best practices and technologies.
• Knowledge of specific interventions for children and adolescents, as well as familiarity with cultural competency practices.
• Prior experience in working with clients from diverse backgrounds, particularly within underserved communities.

• Competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload management.
