• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status, emotional well-being, and treatment needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that are tailored to meet each client’s unique goals and aspirations.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy, to effectively address client concerns.
• Regularly monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and ongoing support to clients experiencing acute emotional distress.
• Maintain meticulously accurate and confidential client records in line with legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide holistic care and address the diverse needs of clients.
• Stay informed of the latest advancements in mental health treatment methodologies and best practices.
• Participate in ongoing supervision and professional training opportunities to enhance clinical competencies.
• Demonstrate adherence to ethical guidelines and the professional standards set forth by relevant licensing boards.

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, addressing a wide range of mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to trauma and relational dynamics. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.
• Current state licensure as either LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor), or LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker).
• Demonstrable clinical assessment and diagnostic capabilities, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathy, compassion, and a strong dedication to enhancing clients' well-being are essential attributes.
• Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
• In-depth knowledge of ethical guidelines, mental health laws, and practices pertinent to mental health therapy.

• A minimum of three years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health counseling role is required.
• Experience in telehealth service delivery is preferred, showcasing adaptability to digital therapeutic platforms.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to USD 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
