• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, including mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, and behavioral issues.
• Formulate individualized treatment strategies by considering each client’s distinct challenges, personal history, and therapeutic goals.
• Lead engaging individual and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Collaborate with team members to develop integrated treatment plans that reflect a multi-disciplinary approach to care.
• Provide clients with educational resources related to mental health and wellness, empowering them to actively engage in their recovery journey.
• Maintain meticulous records in accordance with all ethical standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

Your work will be particularly impactful for a diverse range of clients, including adolescents, adults, and families confronting various mental health issues. • A current and valid license as an LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, or Doctor of Psychology.
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related discipline.
• Demonstrated expertise or specialization in mental health counseling, with particular emphasis on evidence-based treatment methods.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and motivate clients through therapeutic relationships.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail to maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans.

• Experience working with diverse populations and an understanding of cultural factors affecting mental health treatment.
• Proficiency in telehealth platforms and digital tools used for remote therapy sessions.
• Familiarity with treatment modalities for specific disorders, such as PTSD, OCD, and substance abuse.
• History of collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to support comprehensive client care.

• Competitive annual salary in the range of $80,000 to $104,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
