• Conduct detailed assessments and screenings to provide an accurate evaluation of clients' mental health needs and establish tailored treatment plans.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices designed to address a spectrum of mental health challenges.
• Work integrally with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and case managers, to form a cohesive treatment team dedicated to client success.
• Educate clients' families about mental health issues and involve them in the recovery process, fostering a supportive home environment.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated specialized training or extensive experience in mental health counseling with diverse populations.

• Outstanding therapeutic and interventional skills, with the ability to build strong therapeutic alliances with clients.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in mental health counseling or a related field, with a focus on outpatient care.
• Experience working with group therapy, leading sessions, and applying interactive therapeutic techniques.

• Annual salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
