• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations for clients, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their mental health status and specific needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans collaboratively with clients, tailoring therapeutic approaches to align with their personal goals.
• Deliver high-quality individual therapy sessions to adult clients, focusing on evidence-based practices and solution-oriented methods.
• Utilize our advanced telehealth technology to provide virtual therapy, ensuring that clients receive continuous access to care from any location.
• Provide crisis intervention services as needed, demonstrating sound judgment and appropriate response techniques during urgent situations.

In this role, you will work primarily with adult clients who present with a variety of mental health challenges, ranging from anxiety and depression to relationship issues and trauma recovery. Our compassionate approach emphasizes empathy and non-judgment, ensuring that clients feel safe and understood. You will play a vital role in fostering healing relationships that encourage clients to overcome obstacles and achieve their mental health goals.

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is mandatory.
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with team members.
• A compassionate and empathetic demeanor, alongside a non-judgmental attitude towards clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, enabling effective management of caseloads and client appointments.
• No history of disciplinary actions on your professional license, ensuring a clean record in clinical practice.

Applicants with a minimum of two years of prior clinical experience in a mental health setting are preferred. Familiarity with teletherapy practices is an advantage, although we are committed to training new team members on effective virtual counseling techniques. Experience with a variety of therapeutic modalities will also be beneficial in addressing the diverse needs of our clients.

• A competitive salary range of $90,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with your caseload and experience.
