Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is required, while a Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and establish a strong therapeutic connection with clients remotely.
  • Empathy, compassion, and a thorough understanding of clients' diverse experiences and challenges, delivered through a culturally competent lens.

Preferred Experience
