• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, creating personalized treatment plans that reflect individual goals and challenges.

• Engage in ongoing collaboration with clients to establish therapeutic goals, providing consistent support and guidance throughout their treatment journey.
• Employ diverse therapeutic methodologies, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and client-centered therapy, ensuring a tailored approach to each case.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and client progress using our integrated electronic health record system to track outcomes effectively.

The clients you will serve encompass a broad spectrum of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our client base is diverse, ranging from children and adolescents to adults and seniors, each presenting unique challenges and requiring compassionate, individualized care. Your role will be vital in offering a safe space for clients to explore their feelings and experiences while working towards their therapeutic goals.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is required, while a Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and establish a strong therapeutic connection with clients remotely.
• Empathy, compassion, and a thorough understanding of clients' diverse experiences and challenges, delivered through a culturally competent lens.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage therapy sessions and maintain accurate documentation from a remote setting.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in providing mental health counseling, preferably in a teletherapy or remote setting.
• Experience with electronic health record systems and telehealth best practices.
• A background in various therapeutic modalities to cater to a broad client base.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000, dependent on your caseload and experience.
