Remote Account Representative - Farmers Agency Team Member

Position Overview

If you are motivated by performance and want your sales results rewarded, this Remote Account Representative opportunity with Jonathan Dodd's Farmers agency in Highlands Ranch, CO offers a base pay structure plus sales commission with strong earning potential. We are looking for someone driven, coachable, and ready to put in the work to grow.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify leads, then convert qualified opportunities into appointments and applications
  • Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline records in the agency system
  • Meet weekly and monthly outreach and production goals
  • Participate in product training and licensing coursework
  • Set appointments and move prospects through the sales process

Qualifications

  • An engaging phone manner and the ability to communicate with confidence
  • Driven to keep outreach going day after day without being told
  • Two or more years of insurance experience is a must
  • Must hold active Property & Casualty and Life/Health licenses; unlicensed applications cannot be considered
  • Must be able to keep Colorado (Mountain Standard Time) working hours
  • Fast, reliable internet and a distraction-free home office setup
