Your Impact:

  • Design and maintain comprehensive reports, dashboards, Key Performance Indicators, and other business tools to inform client strategy.
  • Leverage your coding skills to transform data into useable information that can be presented in Power BI, Excel, and/or other reporting tools.
  • Apply technical skills to deploy automated procedures that drive efficient data ingestion and transformation.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and outliers in complex data sets to drive decisions.
  • Work with internal team members to develop deep knowledge of our clients' programs to produce more relevant analysis and deepen your analytic abilities.
  • Collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Identify errors in data files or reports and take measures to resolve them.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-3 years' experience in an analytical role
  • Experience in direct marketing preferred
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Effective communication skills. Ability to present findings clearly and concisely.
  • Familiarity with fundraising metrics, file segmentation techniques, and direct marketing strategy.
  • Demonstrated, hands-on experience with SQL and Python; a Snowflake environment a plus.
  • Fundamental understanding of relational database design and reporting systems.
  • Intermediate to advanced users of Excel with strong ability in formulas, functions, and pivot tables.
  • Experience with statistical analysis methods and concepts like randomized controlled trials, hypothesis testing, summary statistics, regression, and other explanatory and predictive modeling frameworks.
  • Experience with direct marketing and attribution across multiple channels, including but not limited to direct mail, website, digital advertising, email, and direct response TV.
  • Attention to detail with the intrinsic ability to identify anomalies, discover the root cause, and correct underlying issues
