As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Dream Path Wellness, you will:

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy services tailored to the diverse needs of your clients.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients’ backgrounds and establish effective, personalized treatment plans.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including individual, couples, and family therapy, to address a wide range of issues.
• Work collaboratively with clients to set realistic goals, monitor their progress, and make necessary adjustments in treatment strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory guidelines and organizational policies.
• Leverage our user-friendly technology platform for efficient scheduling, documenting session notes, and managing client information, ensuring seamless operations.

You will be working with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. To be considered for this role, you must hold:

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• A valid license to practice independently in Oregon, such as a LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD, from the State Board of Oregon.

Candidates should possess at least two years of relevant experience providing therapy to various populations, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic techniques and maintaining high standards of ethical practice. Previous experience working in a remote setting or familiarity with telehealth modalities is highly valued.
