• Deliver personalized and comprehensive social work services to clients facing life-limiting illnesses and their families via telehealth platforms.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) designation in the state of Oregon is mandatory.
