This position operates within a remote work setting while serving clients through our hospice care facility. Our team embraces flexibility, allowing you to manage your schedule effectively while delivering high-quality mental health care. You will work predominantly from home, connecting with clients through teletherapy sessions and collaborating with healthcare professionals to create integrated care plans tailored to individual needs.

• Establish and nurture effective therapeutic relationships with clients, demonstrating reliability and support throughout the therapeutic process.
• Engage actively with team members to achieve shared objectives, emphasizing cooperation and the best interests of the clients.
• Collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds to ensure a respectful approach to care that considers various cultural perspectives.
• Navigating organizational and financial structures effectively to provide holistic support to clients.
• Adhere to high ethical standards outlined in professional codes of conduct while performing daily responsibilities.
• Conduct thorough assessments, both individually and in group settings, focusing on skill development, performance improvement, and empowerment for clients.
• Identify and report harmful occurrences promptly, ensuring that safety protocols are followed to protect both clients and staff.
• Administer or coordinate comprehensive evaluations and incorporate evidence-based methodologies in diagnosing and treating clients.
• Create and implement integrated care plans, ensuring clients and their families have access to necessary services and maintaining clear communication with other providers.
• Deliver a variety of focused preventive, treatment, and rehabilitation programs aimed at enhancing client well-being.

Your primary focus will be on adults and families facing mental health challenges that may stem from trauma, chronic illness, or socio-economic hardships. Your role involves providing tailored therapy that begins with in-depth assessments and continues with ongoing support tailored to each individual. Addressing the unique needs of a diverse client base, you will implement strategies that promote resilience and emotional stability.

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a closely related field is required.
• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification in the state of Nevada.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in a diverse mental health setting.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong organizational and planning skills to manage case load efficiently.
• In-depth knowledge of assessment, diagnosis, and treatment specific to mental health and crisis management.
• Demonstrated competency in addressing age-related or specialty issues for the populations served.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable.
• Experience working with underserved communities, particularly in hospice or palliative care settings.
