🔹 OUTPATIENT / PROFESSIONAL CODER

We’re looking for experienced Outpatient/Professional Coders with a strong understanding of physician and clinician services.


Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of outpatient/professional coding experience
  • Experience with physician offices, ambulatory surgery, ED, hospitalist, or multidisciplinary medical practices
  • Strong knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10-CM/PCS
  • Experience with professional/physician coding, medical necessity, and reimbursement guidelines
  • Ability to research, abstract, review, and accurately assign codes
  • Experience identifying coding opportunities and discrepancies
  • Knowledge of revenue cycle workflows, denials, audits, and charge capture
  • Experience with 3M 360 or similar encoder/CAC systems preferred


Preferred Certifications:

CCS | CPC | COC | CCS-P | RHIA | RHIT


🔹 INPATIENT CODER

We’re also seeking experienced Inpatient Medical Coders with strong acute-care hospital coding experience.

Key Requirements:

  • Inpatient hospital coding experience
  • Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS
  • Experience with inpatient DRG assignment and reimbursement
  • Knowledge of MS-DRGs, coding guidelines, and regulatory requirements
  • Ability to review and abstract clinical documentation accurately
  • Experience identifying coding discrepancies and opportunities for improvement
  • Familiarity with audits, queries, denials, and revenue cycle processes
  • Experience with 3M 360 or similar CAC/encoder systems preferred
