Key Responsibilities

• Provide superior, evidence-based therapy services tailored to a diverse client population.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and craft individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will center around assisting individuals from various backgrounds experiencing a spectrum of mental health challenges. This includes, but is not limited to, traumatic stress, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and relationship issues. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related discipline is required.
• You must hold an active license as either an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW, allowing you to provide therapy independently and without supervision.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting focused on mental health counseling is preferred, providing you with the skills necessary to navigate complex cases and enhance client well-being.

Compensation and Benefits

We value our team members and offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and expertise. Additionally, join us with a welcoming sign-on bonus of up to $1,000.
