As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will primarily serve adults experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress management, and relationship issues. The flexibility of online service delivery allows you to reach clients in various locations, particularly those who may have limited access to traditional therapy options due to geographic or personal circumstances.

• A master’s degree in social work, counseling, or a related field from an accredited university.

• A valid and active license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) in good standing.

• A minimum of two years of experience in providing therapeutic services to adult clients.

• Strong proficiency in documentation and report writing that meets professional and regulatory standards.

• A clean professional record, with no disciplinary actions from licensing boards.

• Proven experience with evidence-based therapeutic modalities, specifically Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition, you will receive a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000.
