Job description

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani (GRSM) has immediate openings for healthcare and professional liability litigation attorneys with at least three yearsโ€™ and up to seven yearsโ€™ experience.

We offer flexible options for successful candidates, including fully remote and hybrid, with part-time and full-time opportunities.

Candidates must be driven team players with excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills, possess strong academic backgrounds, proven skills in research, and be a self-starter who is able to handle assignments with minimal supervision. Experience briefing and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, and leading written discovery efforts is required. Trial experience is preferred but not required.

Candidates must be licensed and admitted to practice in North Carolina, California, Virginia, or Maryland.
