Job Summary:
Renaissance Benefits is seeking a Sr. Implementation Manager to join our growing Operations team!
At Renaissance, the Sr. Implementation Manager is responsible for onboarding new groups with their primary focus on the customer experience. Prepare and work on the implementation to ensure the highest quality information is received, which in turn expedites processing and builds an excellent first impression of our company. Be the primary contact for the implementation process.
What will this role entail?
  • Monitor implementation progress, identify potential risk, and implement mitigation strategy to ensure success project delivery.
  • Partner with sales representatives, account managers, and clients to gather requirements, configure plans, and set up enrollment systems.
  • Work closely with benefit carriers to ensure accurate data transfer and system integrations.
  • Develop and maintain clear and concise implementation timelines and milestones.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation process.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver reports on implementation progress and metrics.
  • Ensure complete an accurate submission of all lines of coverage and eligibility.
  • Prepare and issue all policy documents, follow implementation through the first month's invoice and handle introduction or hand-off to Account Manager.
  • Manage Agent and Broker Appointments during Implementation; ensure commissions are attached to the master policies according to the contract and sale of coverages.
  • Gather and analyze client feedback to drive continuous improvement in our implementation processes.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure our implementation processes remain competitive and efficient.
  • Provide support to department Implementation Managers.
  • Other duties as assigned by Manager.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in benefits implementation, project management, or a similar role.
  • Proven experience with dental, vision, disability, and life insurance plans (strongly preferred).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with benefits administration systems a plus.

Base Salary Range: $60,000-70,000
