• Guide transitions for hospital and inpatient service participants, coordinating care with medical staff and documenting all relevant information to ensure smooth discharges.
• Utilize advanced crisis de-escalation techniques to effectively manage acute situations, acting as the Clinician of the Day to provide essential milieu support.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop safety plans tailored to the needs of each client.
• Ensure timely documentation, completing records on the same day for clients identified as at risk, thereby ensuring compliance and quality of care.
• Complete critical incident reports within a specified timeframe of 24 hours to facilitate proper follow-up and analysis.
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotations to provide ongoing care coordination support as needed.
• Proactively work with clients to prevent crises, enhancing their stability and overall wellness.
• Develop and maintain crisis alerts in collaboration with local county services for enhanced coordination and support.
• Engage in additional duties as requested to further team goals and client care initiatives.

The therapist will engage with a diverse array of clients facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Our clients are from different backgrounds and age groups, requiring a tailored therapeutic approach that promotes individual growth and resilience. • A Master’s degree or Doctorate in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work, such as MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, or PsyD from an accredited program.
• A valid, independent mental health license in your state of residence (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills and the capacity to apply educated judgment in diverse clinical scenarios.
• Exceptional communication and listening skills, enabling effective engagement with clients, particularly in crisis situations.
• Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and delegate responsibilities in a high-volume caseload environment to maintain high standards of service.
• A genuine enthusiasm for motivating and empowering clients in their recovery journey.
