Compensation: Base salary plus performance-based commission with target compensation of $95,000. Actual earnings will vary based on individual performance.

Responsibilities
  • Client Consultation: Develop an understanding of client needs to provide bespoke insurance solutions.

Requirements
  • Licensing: Possession of an active Iowa Property & Casualty License is preferred but not mandatory to apply.
  • Central, Mountain, or Pacific time required.
