Role Description This full-time Sales Representative role is a hybrid position based in Nashville, TN, with a mix of in-office client meetings and work-from-home activities. The Sales Representative will educate prospective clients about Final Expense life insurance, conduct needs-based consultations, and present suitable coverage options. Daily responsibilities include managing leads, scheduling and attending appointments, following up with clients, and completing applications accurately and compliantly. The role also involves learning and applying company-provided training, maintaining licensing requirements, and meeting sales performance goals in a professional and ethical manner. Collaboration with team members and participation in ongoing coaching and development sessions are key parts of this position.

Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and client relationship-building skills.
- Ability to conduct needs-based consultations, present solutions clearly, and close sales ethically.
- Comfort with hybrid work, including in-person meetings in Nashville, TN and remote tasks from home.
- Willingness to complete life insurance licensing (if not already licensed) and uphold all regulatory and compliance standards.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to manage time, leads, and follow-ups effectively.
- Basic proficiency with digital tools for CRM systems, online training, and virtual communication.
- Prior sales, customer service, or insurance experience is beneficial but not required; comprehensive training is provided.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree in business, finance, or related fields is a plus.
