• Conduct thorough assessments to determine the social, emotional, and psychological needs of clients, ensuring each individual's unique circumstances are acknowledged.
• Deliver evidence-based individual and group counseling tailored to clients dealing with a range of issues, including trauma, grief, anxiety, and relationship problems.
• Develop personalized service plans that align with clients' goals, collaborating closely with them to monitor their progress and adjust strategies as necessary.
• Actively advocate for clients' rights, ensuring they have access to vital resources and services within the community while addressing social justice issues affecting their lives.
• Engage in the continuous development of programs by participating in evaluations, grant reporting, and community outreach activities to assess and enhance service effectiveness.
• Facilitate collaborations with community organizations and governmental partners, leveraging these relationships to enhance service delivery and resource availability.
• Participate in regular team meetings, staff training sessions, and community engagement efforts to uphold a cohesive and informed organizational culture.

The LCSW will primarily work with a diverse client population, encompassing individuals and families from various backgrounds and socio-economic situations. Many clients may be experiencing significant life challenges, and you will play a crucial role in providing them the support and tools necessary for overcoming these obstacles and achieving personal growth.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is mandatory.
• An active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required to seamlessly provide therapeutic services.
• Strong knowledge of trauma-informed care, social justice principles, and community resource navigation.
• Exceptional communication, empathy, and organizational skills to effectively support and manage client cases.

• Previous experience in a nonprofit organization or similar setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with grant writing, program evaluation, and community outreach initiatives can be beneficial.
