What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a remote graduate, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Remote Graduate, you need a relevant academic degree, basic technical proficiency, and a willingness to learn. To overcome these, it's helpful to schedule regular check-ins with your manager, actively participate in virtual team meetings, and set clear daily goals. Leveraging collaboration tools and seeking out a mentor within the organization can also help remote graduates feel more integrated and supported as they start their careers.
