Job description

Care Partnerships Associate - Remote - CST/PST preferred - Full-time
Are you a builder at heart? Do you thrive in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments where you're expected to think like an owner, move quickly, and proactively solve problems before they land on your desk?
Thriveworks is growing fast - and we're looking for someone who's ready to grow with us. The Care Partnerships Associate will play a key role in building and expanding strategic partnerships that drive patient referrals and long-term partner satisfaction. This is a high-impact, outbound-facing role ideal for someone who brings a sales or business development mindset - with the follow-through to back it up.
You'll be responsible for growing partner relationships through proactive outreach, creative problem-solving, and a deep understanding of what makes healthcare partnerships succeed. This role is perfect for someone who's entrepreneurial, metrics-driven, and thrives in environments where you create the playbook.
What You'll Be Doing
  • Own and grow a portfolio of healthcare partnerships - with a clear focus on driving referrals and increasing partner engagement
  • Proactively reach out to providers, referral coordinators, and practice managers to strengthen relationships and spot growth opportunities
  • Identify patterns in referral behavior and recommend tactics to improve performance
  • Execute outreach campaigns (calls, emails, in-person if applicable) to build awareness and drive partner retention
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, clinical operations, and analytics to support partner needs and campaign execution
  • Create monthly reports, dashboards, and presentations that track performance and growth metrics
  • Support pre-launch and launch strategies for new markets, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned
  • Maintain CRM and internal tools (Salesforce, Google Drive, Monday.com) with up-to-date, actionable insights
  • Always be looking for ways to add value and streamline the partner experience
  • Actively participate in internal meetings and training, sharing ideas and best practices

What You Bring to the Table
  • 2-5 years of professional experience; business development, outreach, or sales experience highly preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills - You're comfortable on the phone, in person, and via email
  • High level of ownership - You don't wait for direction: you initiate, follow up, and follow through
  • Problem-solving mindset - You're able to troubleshoot partner issues with creativity and urgency
  • Comfortable with data - You know how to look at performance metrics and translate them into actions
  • Organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and productivity platforms (Google Suite, Monday.com)
  • Bachelor's degree (Healthcare, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field)

Why Join Us?
  • You'll be joining a passionate, mission-driven team working to make mental healthcare more accessible
  • This is a high-growth opportunity where you'll directly impact partner success and company expansion
  • You'll be empowered to try, test, and innovate - with support, but without micromanagement
  • Fully remote role with preference for candidates in CST or PST; some travel (10-15%) may be required

This Role is Right for You If You...
  • Have an entrepreneurial spirit and a "builder" mentality
  • Are motivated by clear goals, KPIs, and the thrill of seeing your outreach turn into results
  • Aren't afraid to pick up the phone or reach out cold to make a connection
  • Thrive in environments where autonomy is expected and high performance is rewarded
  • Want to be part of a team that's deeply committed to transforming mental healthcare

Benefits
  • An amazing team culture
  • Healthcare, Dental, Vision, and life insurance benefits
  • 401K with 3% employer match
  • Paid time off and paid holidays
  • Additional coverage options are available, such as Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, and Group Accident Insurance
  • Professional development & advancement opportunities
