We are looking for a Staff Software Engineer with 5-8 years of experience to join our team and take on technical leadership for key projects. We're seeking a curious, proactive individual who can map their strong technical skills to business needs and drive impact across the organization. This role is critical for us to expand our engineering capacity, allowing us to tackle a whole new category of work and innovate on our enterprise tech stack.
What will you be doing?
• Lead projects end-to-end, taking ownership from conception to deployment while collaborating closely with product managers
• Design and build scalable systems, working with large datasets and a broad service-oriented architecture
• Contribute to system-level design and architectural decisions, innovating on our tech stack
• Mentor other engineers through technical leadership and collaboration
• Build and scale high-performing, full-stack applications using Python/Django on the backend and React on the frontend
