This is a remote position
The Language Group (Virginia Beach, US) is currently looking for freelance translators:
Language combinations:
  • German (DE) into French (France)
Specializations:
  • Technical - Tennis terminology
Requirements
We must ensure we have reliable and experienced translators, then applicants must meet at least one of the following criteria (ISO 17100):
a) have obtained a degree in translation, linguistics or language studies or an equivalent degree that includes significant translation training, from a recognized institution of higher education;
b) have obtained a degree in any other field from a recognized institution of higher education and has the equivalent of two years of full-time professional experience in translating;
c) have the equivalent of five years of full-time professional experience in translating.
Other requirements:
- CAT tools experience (memoQ)
